Performance Insights

 

Lani Spahr, international award-winning audio restoration engineer, writer, and producer, as well as professional oboist and Coastal Concerts former board member, will present half-hour discussions prior to each concert, except the Wild Card Concert, this season. His information presentations are both educational and entertaining, and serve to enhance concertgoers’ listening experience.

 

Using audio and visual aids, Lani will highlight composers, works on the program, musical instruments, historical perspectives, and other topics that might help the audience have a fuller understanding of what they are about to hear. 

Discussions will start one hour before concert start time and last for one-half hour. Admission included with purchased ticket.
